The purpose of this course is to train current disaster responders in Casework and Recovery Planning, Disaster Health Services, Disaster Mental Health and Disaster Spiritual Care on the Integrated Care Condolence Team (ICCT) Standards and Procedures, and to provide guidance and best practices for working in a team environment.

You must already be in one of the activities mentioned as a Service Associate (SA) or Supervisor (SV).

Who might be the first caregivers clients come in contact with? YOU!
Be better prepared to recognize signs of stress, provide caring support
Learn when to request further assistance for clients, co-workers and yourself.
Learning what not to say can be a very important part of providing compassionate care.

Target Audience: Required for all Red Crossers
