This course will provide SRT workers, as well as those who will support the day-to-day implementation of SRT Casework, with the knowledge and skills to be able to support shelter residents in creating individualized action plans to be able to transition from the shelter to a more sustainable living solution.
Prerequisites- Shelter Resident Transition Fundamentals (prior to 12/23) OR Shelter Resident Transition Overview
- Shelter Resident Transition Triage Fundamentals
