Providing an understanding of why we ask the questions;
Best practices for holding a dynamic client interview during Triage;
How to successfully use the Shelter Client Information App (SCIA) to record SRT Triage responses; and,
How SRT Triage information is used to inform operational decision making and plan for SRT Casework.

Learn when to request further assistance for clients, co-workers and yourself.
Learning what not to say can be a very important part of providing compassionate care.

Target Audience: Required for all Red Crossers
