The purpose of this course is to train current disaster responders in Casework and Recovery PlanningDisaster Health ServicesDisaster Mental Health and Disaster Spiritual Care on the Integrated Care Condolence Team (ICCT) Standards and Procedures, and to provide guidance and best practices for working in a team environment.

You must already be in one of the activities mentioned as a Service Associate (SA) or Supervisor (SV).

The purpose of this workshop is to prepare participants to perform the operational roles, responsibilities, and tasks of a Sheltering Coordinator in standing up a Red Cross sheltering operation at the HQ level. This course also includes a sheltering exercise to give participants an opportunity to become familiar and practice with sheltering and other operational job tool.
